That’s **Cafe Coffee Day** for you. All at once little outlets have mushroomed all over Bombay and are now considered one of the trendiest places to hang out.
Cafe Coffee Day is the most cost-effective coffee shop chain in the city. They have a wide selection of coffees to choose from, as well as snacks like sandwiches, lasagne, pastries, sundaes, among many others. The decor is lively and bright, the service friendly, but not too fast. Also, it often happens that you walk in craving something and find they are out of it, which is disappointing.
Their award winning **Kaapi Nirvana** is a delicious cold coffee, as is their **Vegan Shake**. But one thing no one could answer when asked was ’’Hey if you claim your Vegan Shake is a vegetarian coffee, does that mean the others have animal fat in them???’’ Hmmm, maybe that’s something we should investigate. If anyone finds the answer please let me know.
Their cappuccinos are yummy, as is their unusual hot coffee blended with chocolate ice cream. Weird... but true. Their iced tea is really amazing and the sundaes are pretty good too, and try out their **Chocolate Delight** pastry. The lasagnes are lip-smacking good.
But this place would appeal more to the college crowd. It can get pretty stuffy and loud. Their ambience isn’t exactly amazing, but the overall experience is satisfying.
