I visited cafe coffee day with my friends last week. It was a bad experience.
Food - We ordered pizza and burgers but burger was out of stock and pizza which they served was stale and had very few veggies in a’veg’ pizza. Somehow we managed to eat it but it was not a pleasant experience.
Ambience - Ambience is quiet and nice. You can hangout with friends and have a good time.
Beverages - many of the beverages were not available which was very disappointing. Had to adjust with the beverage which was not my first choice.
Cost - Cost is high and is not worth the services given by them.
I will not suggest cafe coffee day as they don’t give proper service. Hope they will improve and give more veggies in veg pizza.
