Cafe coffe day is well known place cofe lovers. But the raj nagar cafe coffe day is not up to the mark. The service is not good and the presentation is not good. I order 2 coffee, for me and my friend. The staff start suggesting you many other items to buy which are very expensive. Why I just can get the coffee was my reaction to them. I ask them to bring complain register but he said they dont have any complain register for customer. The staff member of CCD raj nagar not know how to talk to customers.
At the end, I ask for the bill and he brings the bill which was 480 rupees including GST, they I gave him my ATM card for payment but they dont except ATM card. I said I dont have enough cash please except my card for payment but they dont have ATM machine for bill payment.
Im a still lover of CCD but this raj nagar branch is not good at all.
