I went to Cafe coffee day recently with my friend and I ordered two cappuccinos. But I was unhappy with the service they offered. First of all we had to wait for a long time to receive our order. They took a very long time to prepare the beverages. We came at 4.30 and we had to wait till 5.10 to get the order, even if there wasn’t much crowd.
Finally when we received the order, the coffee didn’t taste good at all. We didn’t order black coffee but it tasted Exactly like black coffee. We put 2-3 pouchs of sugar into it but it still tasted very bitter and watery. We felt that we could get better coffee from the roadside.
So I was not happy with the experience.
