As many of you would’ve already discovered, this place is just to spend time with whoever you want when you don’t have any other place to go. You buy a coffee or tea just for the heck of it and definitely not to enjoy it. **Non liquid items are generally stale and you better avoid them.
Coffee is pretty okay but ensure that the smart waiters don’t jack up the bill by adding extras to your coffee (cream etc) by taking advantage of your ignorance of the same. So, unless u r specific, ensure that the same thing what is there on the menu card is delivered .
If you want to order for tea, you need to be extra careful. **My personal recommendation for any Indian tean drinker: Avoid it here. Otherwise you would hate yourself later :)
First of all the tea is very very ordinary here. The service includes : Just 1 tea bag, some milk, 1 sugar sachet and 1 cup of hot water (which becomes cold by the time you dip your bag for a while).
Tea is very light with just 1 tea bag. And believe it or not, if you ask for 1 extra tea bag, it costs you the full value of the tea. (I ended up paying Rs.45 more for an extra tea bag !!!!)
So, beware of these terrible facts before you step in and place your order, because once you are in, its a situation to just drink your money !!!
