The first thing that I would think of, right after getting up is about Cafe Durga. This is how I would endure the boring lectures at college and just keep myself awake and alive only to go here to eat with my chummies. The cafe has a typical canteen ambiance, which serves simple food, but does a brilliant job at it!
When I would go here, I would of course have their Cold Coffee with Cheese Vegetable Maggi. Till date, even after 10 years of leaving college, I have not had such beautiful Cold Coffee ever in my life. No one can do it the way Durga did it!
Next I would have the Double Egg Bhurji, Wada Pav and Idli Sambar and mind you, I would share these with no one! I had all of this on my own and the portions size was huge! Till today whenever I am in Pune, I go to this restaurant and sit here and unwind with the food. The staff too remembers me and it is really nice to see them and being welcomed warmly with smiles and yummy food.
