I was served with the attached bill by Cafe Noir. As you see they have charged VAT of 14.5% on the food plus service charge (tips) of 10%. The VAT has should be charged only on the food! They did it before to me in their outlet at Orion mall. Please check this point whenever you eat there!
After I protested the VAT was charged only on the food bill was less by about Rs.7.
