Kolkata is always known for it’s special people. Kolkatans have a heart for almost everything under the sun. Park Street is actually the hub of the city where you can enjoy booze to coffee with your friends or family.Even it’s an excellent place for lovebirds of the city.
All Kolkatans know it very well, but if you want to have a blast but Park Street is far away from your place then what to do?I can suggest you a very good and kool place. It’s Caffeine. A coffee joint just opposite to Golpark Ramkrisna Mission of South Kolkata. It’s a small joint which has two floors. People generally love to be on the first floor as that is more cosy and romantic. The ground floor is also a grand place where you can enjoy the music to the fullest.
You can spend hours on different types of coffee and snacks. It will give you a great relief after a day’s hectic schedule. Starting from 11o’clock in the morning till night; you’ll always get the place filled up with people chatting with each other. The interesting part is you will see people of almost all ages having a good time there. The price is suitable for college students and thus students find it a hot spot for spending time together.
While in University my friends and myself used o spend a lot of time there with just cups of coffees and chicken nuggets. That is their most popular dish apart from other sandwiches. They would never ask you to go out, rather would love to greet you with smiling faces till you be their guest. Bhaiya (the manager) is all smiles when you meet him, even outside the cafe.
Lately Caffeine has opened a branch in Bhwanipore area and has got the popularity there too. Though the south Kolkata branch is always more attractive and crowded.Some reporters arrange interviews of city celebs here and get a huge publicity.
