Wonderful design and Good Tasty cake Made the celebration a special one. Met our expectations. There are few things that needs to be highlighted here
(1) please ensure to deliver ONLY during the specified time. the cake was delivered more than 1.5 hours earlier and
(2) the delivery location doesn’t have freezer facility, more over we were not available in the location.
(3) The delivery guy is not ready to store it in your nearest branch(which is less than 1KM) and deliver it on(mentioned) time. I was told that the cake can withstand for 1 Hour only due to this we had to advance the cake cutting.
(4) Also the taxi bill for delivery doesn’t have start and end KM and it is clearly over charged. The reason given was traffic halt so the meter has run to that amount. It is a non peak timing and the route will not have traffic moreover based on the distance the amount charged in metered taxi is too much and a clear attempt to cheat.
Request you to understand the customer’s requirement and act on it precisely and inculcate integrity to persons who meet customers directly, this will spoil the reputation of your entity.
