I had ordered 7 items from cakezone (5 assorted cup cakes and 2 jar cakes-order id 28840) that was to be delivered as a gift for my husband for valentines day . The order was delivered on 14th Feb at 7:54 pm and when i opened the order I saw that cakezone has sent a completely different order. What i received was a simple cake and one jar cake that too the flavor that i did not order.I had placed the order on 7th Feb so it was a pretty advanced placed order but cakezone manages to screw up the entire experience. Not only this, after delivering the incorrect order i tried reaching out to them in WhatsApp(as they have not made any contact no available) but noone bothered to reply to me. They did inform me at 8:00 pm that they are looking into the issue with their team and its taking longer than expected, the date has changed and they have still not bothered to get back to me, this is the kind and level of pathetic customer service the company goes by, this is how they treat all their customers and let me tell you i had sent them close to 50 messages but they didnt bother to respond to anything although they read all the messages. I dont no what they had to check, it was so clear .i had even shared the image is the items received. The items received a were completely different from what i had ordered, that still kept checking and ultimately did nothing. Its not about the money , its about the experience. They ruined valentines day first of all and with the way they treated me i felt deceived and disrespected as a customer. I have never received such bad customer service from a food serving company. At this stage they have already spoilt my day , i might as well fight for my hard earned money. They are used to cheating customers and making money, i as an employee have to work really hard to earn my salary and i cannot let my money go to fraudsters like cakezone so i will see the end to this.
