Was scared after reading the reviews but didn’t know that the things would be so bad. The hotel is pathetic (probably the same adjective can be applied to any Govt tourism hotels). Th went on a 3 night 4 day package paying Rs 5100 where they mentioned this includes breakfast and dinner. As per my previous exp with such package (at Kodai International Hotel for example where I had buffet meals which was fantastic) I was happy that I don’t have to worry about food. Upon arriving I was given Rs 35 per head coupon for breakfast and Rs 80 for dinner. Imagine what you can have with that much money in costly place like Goa. The room quality was pathetic..ac had no control. The restaurant quality was worse than any roadside dhabas and you are bound to eat there with Rs 35 and Rs 80. The overall exp with the hotel is very very bad still it goes FULL all the time probably because this is situated bang on the famous calangute beach. I could see there are some other good private hotels at a 5-10 mins walking distance from this place. If you plan to go there do proper research book any private hotel nearby if you are planning for moderate budget otherwise go for Acuda Resort/Taj/Club Mahindra.
