AFTER MY PHONE WAS OUT OF SERVICE FOR 10+ DAYS AND COUNTLESS REMINDERS I POSTED THIS ON CALCUTTATELEPHONES.COM, AND THIS WAS THEIR REPLY AND ATTITUDE. MORAL OF THE LESSON : PRIVATE IS BETTER, BABUS STILL DO NOT KNOW HOW TO BEHAVE.


Dear Sir, You have made a request to BSNL as follows:


Suggestion/Query/Comments : MY PHONE HAS BEEN OUT OF ORDER ALONG WITH OTHER PHONES IN THE BUILDING FOR LAST 10 DAYS. NO ACTION. RELIANCE LANDLINE PHONES IN SAME BUILDING WORKING FINE. IS THIS A SPECIAL INCENTIVE FROM CALTEL TO SWITCH TO RELIANCE ?. THE TIME HAS COME FOR YOUR PEOPLE TO UNDERSTAND THAT THE CUSTOMER CAN AND WILL WALK AWAY. WHO WILL PAY YOUR SALARY THEN ?

Dear customer, Thanks a lot for your unwanted advices. Anyway, plz contact with the DE/Internal of the local exchange of your area immediately if the telephone has been out of order for ten days. However, we feel very sorry for the inconveniences thus caused to you.
