I decided to go shopping last week and was very excited about international brands now available in India. I saw the Calvin Klein store and couldn’t stop myself from entering and oh my god.
I never expected this from a brand so hyped. I saw plain nylon t shirts with a very cheap print of Calvin Klein on it, I was shocked. I mean what is wrong with them? That t-shirt looked so fake. And they were priced at 1500 rs after a 30% sale. Just plain inner t-shirts made of bad quality cloth for 1500. Then I saw some full sleeve t shirts and I dare anyone from Mumbai to wear that, it was thick. Priced at 3500 rs.
Again it wasn’t a good quality cloth, then I saw some round neck printed t-shirts priced at 2500 rs They were basic t-shirts with medium quality cotton, tried them on and the fitting was bad. I finally gave up and went to Marks and Spencer and I was glad to see some good quality clothes, even bought stuff from guess, Levis and jack and Jones. Calvin Klein was a big disappointment.
I expected so much from that brand. They seriously need to do something about their garments.
