I am account holder of Canara Bank (Delhi, At Yamuna Vihar Branch). Bank is deducting unnecessary ECS from my a/c while I haven’t taken any loan from any bank.
ECS amount was not refunded still yet, though I intimate this matter to Canara Bank before one year. When I asked them (Canara Bank) to take any action, they asked me to close my account. I’ve complaint so many times but they did not take any action. Please do something and take any action regarding this.
When I asked to the bank solve this matter and about ask the bank where my amount is going, Bank only told me that Go to ICICI and ask them. I went there and asked about this matter they provide me the information about that person who is liable for this ECS. That person has an account in the same bank. On asking this matter CANARA Bank threw the claim on ICICI bank.
