Canara bank is a scheduled commercial bank in India. I deslike because this bank’s customer service is too bad. I have a SAVING BANK account with this bank. I face bad customer service whenever I visit in this bank. They have a Bank passbook automatic updater machine but whenever I go for updats my bank passbook, this machine has not connect with server or shut off. There is lack of employees as customers face irritation and they waiting for thier turn for a long time. Employees fails to provide full satisfaction to customers. Employees and employer’s attitude is not too good. They don’t have proper counter name as customer has confuse where to go.In current situation one of the wrost thing heppen to this bank, they didn’t accept Rs1, Rs 2, Rs5, and Rs10 coin but they give coins to customers but don’t accpet it in return.So Guys I hope this review will help you to deal with this bank.Thank you.
