I had a really bad experience with Canara Bank. Their customer service is extremely slow, and no one seems interested in helping. Even for small issues like ATM card activation or balance updates, you have to visit the branch multiple times. Phone and internet banking rarely work properly, and the staff just say “come tomorrow” without solving the problem. The ATM is often out of cash, and online services are full of errors. I’m very disappointed — would not recommend this bank to anyone.
