I have taken loan in canara bank to study engineering, while taking loan the bank manager told me they won’t charge any interest for 5 years. but when I completed my course and made enquiry about my education loan and I was shocked by seeing that, they have charged me interest from 2nd year only, I asked bank manager about it, but he says its our previous manager mistake we can’t do anything .
for someone’s mistake I am paying penalty by making loan in canara bank, so please don’t take education loan in canara baphone banking service is okay, but we don’t have any canara bank ATM in our town, the staff in this bank are also very rude.
so think twice before banking with canara bank.
