I have account in Canara Bank, Jagiroad Branch but now a days I can’t run my account in Canara Bank due to their services. They underestimate normal account holders but if anyone deposit large amount of money in their bank they give him more importants. This is a public sector bank so the employees are so irresponsible and their behavior is not so good. Now a days their ATM is available in big towns so I faces many problems to withdraw money in my home town, I need to travel approximately 20 KM to Reach an ATM of Canara Bank. The main problem is that many times bank block the ATM card for 24 hours without any reasons and also they block internet banking service to that particular account.Bank Provide their own mobile banking app. but this app not run properly so that many of my friends and myself used BHIM app. for mobile banking. They don’t provided great services to customers so now a days I prefer Private Sector bank.
