I’m seriously pissed with this bank. I have applied for a home loan from this bank(south delhi branch) almost 45 days back. After a week of my applying for the loan, the loan allocation team visited my site with their lawyer and has approved the home loan.
I have submitted all the necessary documents to the branch but till date my loan has not been sanctioned. After every 3rd or 4th day they call me up and say this document is missing. We have submitted all the documents they have asked for and are still waiting for the loan to be released. However, till date its pending.
There’s no co-ordination between the branch and the loan department. The senior officials in the branch have no idea as to what the loan department is looking for. The branch team will ask for some docs which the loan dept will say are not what they have asked for. This is really shocking. So I will request to take caution while applying for loan from this bank.
