I opened my account after watching their fake advertisements. They gave advertisement of zero charge on transferring money and no penalty on zero balance in the account. But these all add were fake. They were taking charges for transferring money and also takes penalty on zero balance in account. When I went for complaining they told me that these adds were according to old rule it is not for new accounts. Than they should have stop giving these types of adds. When I asked to close my account than again they told me that it will charge to close the account. The phone banking and internet banking is very bad. The application of Canara bank doesn’t work properly. It takes too much load. Sometime you don’t messages of the transaction you have done. There is no money in their ATM machine ever so you have to charge for your ATM transactions. Really I am tired of having my account in Canara Bank.
So I prefer to open your account in other bank than Canara Bank.
