Here, I had posted my good and not so good experiences with my Canara Bank. Issues in this review were ATM functioning, other ATM usage charges, Pre-paid mobile charges, customer service, grievance redressal mechanism, day to day operations and problems faced by normal consumer. Those issues were personal grievances.
Grievances were taken seriously and amicable solution is offered. All issues are resolved on AUGUST 08, 2007. On specific telephonic request, I am updating this comment. I take pride in saying that Canara Bank has noted all concerns and set an example of right customer service. Thanks to everyone at Canara Bank Bangalore & Pune office.
