I have Many account( almost 10 current & 30 saving) with canara Bank Mulund (West), Branches & a big amount of FDR with canara Bank mulund (west)
Due to some inefficient staff in the bank bank normal routine work not done efficiently. just like manager mrs. jyorge in mulund west branch she is not able to do any work & also she doesnt work coordination with all staff so we cant get proper service cbs system is applied in the branch due to that we cant get proper services in the branch
If we shout one time in branch they start to stop services given to us just like they stop transfer of cheque for 2 to 3 hours they cant give us payment of cash in time & for d. d. we have to wait for 2 to 4 hours. What action we can tack against them as their complaint book are also not maintained
