Revenue Generation, Business development through acquisition of HNIs, motivating sales & marketing team.
Job Responsibilities:
Ø Retain high net worth clients and achieve budgeted targets in term of revenue and number of such clients & manage the portfolio of HNI clients.
Ø Assisting high net worth individuals, provide all Investments related information and follow up personally for their any kind of issues.
Ø To understand chinned & whole requirements and accordingly position products & services.
Ø Ensure customer needs by effectively train the Relationship managers.
Ø Manage the branch revenue and back office operations and accountable for achieving best in class visibility for all the products.
Ø Developing business plans for the achievement of targeted goals presenting the plan to Sr Relationship manager team for taking buy in of the plan and ensuring implementation of the plan.
Ø Handling marketing team, customer acquisition and revenue generation.
