Stop travelling to Himachal pradhesh and losing your hard earn money to these fraudsters group!
On Feb 6, 2023 I have visited Manali for a trip and there we were asked to take lucky draw at club house and asked us to get your prizes in first floor and Mr.abishek verma met us and explained about holidays resorts booking package and in total charged me 1, 35, 000 INR for 70 days of stay for Period of 10 years .after a free trial stay before I gave my willingness to continue the package they have confirmed this on their own and my amount got deducted.Fraudster work starts there itself.but for the next two stays I was very struggled to get room availability and voucher on very last day before stay date that too after made so many calls to mr.abishek .On 04/09/23 againI have received a call from Mr Abishek Verma working as sales executive of CANAVES CONTINENTAL resorts and spa HOLIDAYS inn telling me that I was eligible for a festival offer being a member of canaves holidays resorts and spa for recent 6 months and this offer closes soon by sept 5 and urge me, finally he had made payment by asking my card details and paid 41, 820 rupees for this extra package. After this I have received a mail from canaves that congratulations we have received your payment.but after 7 days he again called me and told me that my money got struck at merchant end and I have to make payment again to avail that festival offer and pushed me to corner in phone to make another payment of 41, 820 rupees on sept 11 2023 .they have promised me to send bond papers for those package within 45 days and assured me to give my money back( extra 41, 820 rupee) within 45 days once they received in their bank .Till today (June 8 , 2024 ) even after 8 months of time I didn’t receive my money and also new package bond papers to my home address .Multiple times when I asked him for refund, he said he wil return within 7-10 days like that multiple times and he is a complete fraudster.he is doing this crime to many of peoples around India along with Karan, joshna, Tanya etc.they all belongs to Delhi, Lucknow and somewhere around it.He had completely cheated me on this and I don’t know even how to proceed to get my money and he is not attending any calls of me for past 3-4 days! Totally around 2.2 lakh my hard earn money was gone to these fraudsters

Abishek called me on seeing this review and blackmailed me to edit the review and remove his name before providing booking to me and so I had no other options rather than do this to get that booking atleast for my lost money towards them. Now only 20k refunded .remaining 27k is pending. They are just keep on telling lies like we refund remaining within 7-10 days etc. Mr.deepak Sharma called me and told that he was the head of accounts dept - assured me to refund all money 47k within June 30 but only less than half received.
Mr. AbishekVerma had looted all of our hard earn money & getting his mother treated luxuriously at some private hospital. How pathetic he is !!
I have so many photos , audio files with me as a evidence and will act soon properly via legal route against him if they are not ready to refund my money!
It’s a national scam and am verydisheartened in a way that not even a single complaint made by affected(us) were seriously investigated by police officials and took action against these criminals.I have been sharing some screenshot, aadhar card and photos of abishek varma which I collected etc.
It’s good If someone take proper action against these criminals and get them behind the bars atleast for rest of their life even if we didn’t get back our money mostly they would have spent it somewhere.
I heard that now They are simply cheating innocent tourist all over India such as Manali, Shimla, Darjeeling, lonavla etc with a new company named star vacation grand recently and modus operandi remains the same.
These criminals are just exploitingbeautiful vacation places and made everyone to think and advise others not to visit those places in future also to get rid of them.
I know I had lost my total money and I don’t want more innocents to lose their money towards these lifetime cheaters who are still working around recently in Darjeeling after Himachal pradhesh, Delhi, Chandigarh etc without any guilty
