Sorry to say I have been frequenting candies for 10 yrs and I am so disappointed in your staff. Every person who I said ’excuse me’ to just ignored n walked right past and they were busy doing nothing.
My child wanted a bottle of water but I had to go to order it, then pay for it, and finally to collect it. What sort of beserk system is this? Nowhere have I seen such inefficiency.
Even the people surrounding me were repulsed with the attitude of your staff. I don’t know who reads this stuff but I am gonna make sure ur not the only one. Very appalling attitude towards service. Not to mention tables weren’t cleaned on time and the smell of the urine in the loo came out till the eatery.
Oh. And u guys exhausted chocolate tarts so after paying rs.140 for two the server replaced them with two small one inched glazed squares of some dessert which I am pretty sure didn’t equate the value of what I had paid for. All this without even checking with me! When I asked why, she seemed appalled and the cashier rudely stuffed my money back into my hand. trash all over the floor and tables not ckeaned ontime. staff seems confident that no complaint will ever reach them and are kazy to the bone. Way to go to run a business. V shoddy experience.
