If you have used 1200D than you wipl be familiar with this 1300D.
There are quite few button in the rear of the camera but they are grouped at one place to make setting easy. There some direct setting such as ISO, AF type, exposure compensation and Q button to get access to the other commonly used setting such as metering.
The 1300D includes an optical viewfinder it offers white and clear view but only 95% scene shows. That’s normal for entry level DSLR this is the one place where electronic view finder definitely have an advantage over thier optical cousins.
