I have been using this in my store for last three years and its been fantastic. All sorts of papers are accepetable into this. The way cilor printing is done is very good. Refilling is also easy. Qualitt cartridges have been given with the printer. Its been running with out a small problem from the day one till today. It was designed very well, looks smart and prints smart.
I would give 9/10 rating for quality and performance and recommed it to everyone
