Canon EOS 600 is one of the best DSLR in this price. I am using it for last 2 years. Till now I haven’t got any problem, only once I have changed the Battery charger only. In comparison to Nikon( For similar price only) , canon is much better in regards of Noise. One can take pictures in higher ISO with less noise. But in Nikon we can’t go for higher ISO because of high noise problem.
Canon 600D is also good for normal video shoot.
Canon 600D is a very good DSLR and you can go for it.
