I use this printer for long time. The printer is so dull. After the printing order, some types of powder / ink comes out on the printing page. The irritating smell came from printer during printing the page. Paper handling is good. There is no issue about it. Generally I used legal or A4 sized pages. During printing the page, comes out curled like trangle shape. This printer is easy to use. My printer’s upper case had easily broke by printing papers weight. This printer has slow printing speed as compare to HP printers. I was buying it for 9500 from shop, which is high price for this weak product. Sometimes pages stucks in tonner. I was contacted to shopkeeper for this problem. He just checked, fitted some screw. some days it works good. But again it pages stucks in tonner. I is so irritating. It wasted minimum 50 to 60 seconds during working. Sometimes the printer spreading ink of printing paper.
