I have a Canon E510.
It is a mutifunction color copier.
The product is not too bad, but youll curse Canon because of their service.
To be honest it must be this poor customer service that stops anyone from being canon.
My printer is still not repaired after 2 weeks of informing their customer service.
I informed them on 15th of September. Today is 28th of September.
And in between these dates I called their customer service several times.
All they say is: "sorry for the incovenience"
Then today I called them and got the reply, "your issue is closed"!
If you buy canon products be assured of their bad service, and happy downtime folks!
