I purchased this printer 2 weeks ago and I am facing problems like page blockages and leakage of ink. I reported this in customer care and ask for replacement of printer but they refused and asking to pay for new ink refills. I haven’t use my refills which I got complimentary with the printer yet. I was very angry with customer support.
