Hello friends I recently buy canon g4000 for my commercial user but the I completely disappointed by this printer. So try to warn you please don’t buy it. lets talk about it.
Paper Handling - All the printers of the canon has a big problem that its paper handling. The printer works perfectly for 3 - 4 months after buying it but after this period it starts jamming paper and after a few month it roller become damage.
User Friendly - If you want a simply operating printer you may like it but sometimes it has a software problem and you need to take it to the service point.
Service - Canon has many service center in India and have customer care but when you call to canon customer care it says busy or anything else. Now you have only one way left i.e. take it to service center.
Printing Speed - Canon g4000 has an average printing speed like other printers it either not fast or not slow it said to an average printer but when you print a high color image it become a turtle it takes more than 4 mins to complete one command.
Other Features - If I talk about its feature it has normally all the feature that a printer must but it doesn’t have any other special feature.
so my friends I suggest you as a friends choose another company’s printer.
