Hello everyone. today I am reviewing canon pixma mg2470 inkjet printer.
this printer is producing good quality of print if taking print by original cartridge. The printer has both black and white and colorful printing support.
In addition it has scanning and copying feature also. its scanning is pretty good and fast and doing appropriate scanning and copying is also too same. The maximum resolution printing it can do is 4, 800(horizontal)* 600(vertical) dpi.
Now if your ink is over you can purchase this cartridge- PG-745, CL-746, these cartridge are not available in market so you can buy online at price 900. Purchase price of printer is low but all the time you will require to purchase a cartridge which is costly and that I feels Un affordable because it prints just 200 pages only so every time in few days I need to purchase this cartridge. When your ink is about to end it will give you a signal through light which is on the top of the printer.
My experience about this printer is bad because of its costly cartridge now I just buyed a new printer which is laser printer and very much satisfied by it . it printing speed is OK but in laser printer it is super fast. It can fit 10 pages in tray. the space require for keeping this printer is less and weight is approx 4kg. ALL the pixma printers are below average. You can use this printer for scanning. And in inkjet printers you need to print at least one page in one day so that your ink don’t get dry. I will not recommend you to buy this printer if you think that 150-200 pages are less. it’s printing cost that much the same which we are paying to cyber cafe’s for printing.
