I bought this printer around two months ago and it has disappointed me with its performance . I have used other canon printers before and I expected a lot from this printer . But it hasn’t fulfilled any of my expectations. Firstly the printing quality was satisfactory .
I expected the printing quality to be better but it was very average . It was the only thing that wasn’t bad about this product . The ink cartridges are costly and refilling isn’t easy at all. The cartridges do not last long . The printing speed is very slow and sometimes it gets annoying when you need to print in bulk .
The power consumption is very high and sometimes you can even feel the heat it exerts while printing papers . The worst part of this product was its connectivity issues . Wireless connection was the reason why I bought it , and now its by biggest problem . Its a hassle connecting it to other devices . All in all my experience with canon pixma was very bad . The performance of this printer is disappointing and I don’t recommend it to anybody .
