I recently bought a Canon Pixma MP 198 Printer and to my utter surprise the printer is not working from day 1. Had to call atleast 3 for the service personal to come down and finally they diagnosed the scanner unit is faulty and they said they would replace it I three days. Its been more than 10 days that I am still not able to use my new printer.
I am suprised that brands like canon have such poor customer service and nothing has been done to rectify the issue. each time I call the service center they say the part has not arrived.
When I called there central helpline the lady who received the call did not what I was talking about and straight away reffered me to local service center.
