I had purchased canon printer for the last 1 year ago and had a very bad experience .
regarding the printing quality canon is very good, when I do tht color printing tyhan its give the very clear picture but I faced the problem started when my color cattilage was refiled 3 timed ,
my black cartilage is good running statge but when color cartilage is refiled 3 times than its started creating problem .
printer showing the indicator that please chance your cartilage both color and blace one , .
also scanner had stopped working .
when I called th4e customer care they said that you need to change bith cartilage than it will work,
