I had bought this camera from an online store in 2015 for the purpose of opening a youtube cookery channel as I could not afford expensive HD or even SD video camcorders. But needless to say this one did the job pretty decently, with its 16mp lens and the 1080p HD videos I was able to shoot great videos for youtube.menu is user friendly.Eventhough you might not get the results of a DSLR but its good for its price range and i’m happy with the output, The battery is also re-chargeable and only drawback is you have to remove the battery and charge it separately rather than charging directly from inside the camera itself.I’ve even enlarged some images and printed life size photos on matte paper with high resolution which looks like professionally shot photos by a commercial photographer.I will definitely recommend this cam(provided its still available in the market)as lot of new variants have entered and IXUS model should be now in 180 or 185.But anyhow even if you find it somewhere don’t miss it.the prices of this model also has gone up on online store which goes on to prove that its really a HIT.(The camera and the picture taken by it in the uploads)
