I should say although the quality of the print on the canvas is very very impressive and the colors were as vibrant as the image I had supplied, the print on the canvas was truncated!
I guess the aspect ratio of the image I had supplied did not match with the aspect ratio of the canvas print I had ordered.
And the image printed on the canvas I got was truncated(cropped) compared to the original image! Therefore a bit of the beauty of the painting was lost!:-(
This is a bit disappointing to an otherwise good product.
I would have greatly appreciated had canvasprint contacted me, either during the online-ordering process itself or atleast later regarding this aspect ratio mismatch and I could have then provided a different image.
So until canvasprint fixes their ordering processing/handling, customers should pay attention and make sure the aspect ratios match or they are ok with their image being truncated during the printing.
Also once the ordering is complete it doesnt say when the order would be dispatched like one would expect in any other purchase online or otherwise.
The shipping and packaging were good.

(In the instructions I had specified for the delivery to be made on weekdays. This order was actually delivered on a saturday.
Actually some sites do not charge for shipping as long as the order is above a certain value, For example Rs150/_)

(i have seen similar sized prints costing lesser in another site which does printing on canvas also.
Although I do not know if the quality of the print work done by these sites would be at par?!
To reiterate a point from the previous para, some sites do offer free shipping too.)

Overall good product; watchout for the aspect ratios of the photos you print and the canvas size you order; checkout the competition and decide if the price is right for you
