I request everyone not to waste your time and money on this piece of s*t place.
And keep this guy’s name and email ID. By any chance if your project is handled by this person, then you have very less chances of getting even a "decent quality work"

This is my story with them.
Candid photographer who shot for my wedding is tied up with this company.
They took 5months to send the 1st copy of wedding book for my approval.
It looked so horrible that I requested for changes. It included couple of photo replacement and some background changes. I even sent them some reference on background design template and photo alignment. It’s been 2 months after that. They are not even bothered to refer it or listen to what i’m saying. But just do what even they want and sending me so that I should sick of it and approve.
It looks like they have set a rule. You have to accept which ever design template they provide. You are not "eligible" to ask for any changes.
