Pathetic Service, Poor Customer Handling

I had given one album for printing at Canvera Delhi branch. I was given one link to view the design and post comments for further modification. After posting several comments, no one from their company responded or re-designed as per my request.


I tried mailing their customer care email id care@canvera.com but no response even after several reminders. This company doesn’t even have dedicated customer care call center. When I tried calling their Toll-Free number it connected me to their Bangalore branch.


After listening to my problem they simply refused to offer any help, as per them my request is being handled in Delhi branch so they can’t do anything. Tried calling their Delhi branch after taking the number from website (which is not Toll-Free), they kept forwarding my calls from one extension to another everyone giving the same explanation that please post your comment on the website link given to you and they will instruct the designer to work accordingly. Four months waiting did give some result and the album did get edited but not as per my comments posted, but as per their designer’s wish.


Believe me they are charging healthy amount of money for one album, and after going through this ordeal I would suggest never to have business with these naive, un-professional bunch of people. It’s been more than 5 months now and I am still waiting for my album to be delivered which I finally approved for printing despite the design being unacceptable to me. I had no other choice as I already made partial payment. I am still waiting for my album to be delivered.
