Hi we are cam360degree photography from Chennai.Almost last 3 years we are giving business to CANVERA. Initially everything was fine.but last 6months we are facing lot of issues.very very poor customer service, and the photo books are not delivered on the committed time.(ORDER NO:IC-5857766)its a engagement Album.The sales person MR.THIRUMOORTHY commited us this photo book will be delivered on 15-6-2017.but still it is not delivered.my client asking for refund and they clearly told us that they wont give any business again to us.WE ARE PAYING YOU, and we are giving business to u.you guys are very good in collecting money but samething you have to implement in service and deliverance.Mr.D evaih his contact no-9108474404 HOPE HE IS THE SERVICE MANAGER.so still the photobook is not delivered, and this Will be the last photobook we are giving to CANVERA.THANKS A LOT FOR YOUR FANTASTIC SERVICE.
