I had around 11+ years of experience & joined Capgemini Pune as Lead Consultant with high expectation. After period of 2-3 months, I came to see the real picture.They don’t have any projects of their own which they manage. They outsource resources to HSBC, Barclays & Morgan Stanley. And point to note, all the clients are Indian located in Pune Or Mumbai. So the Onsite opportunity is almost .0001% inspite of the promises they give during joining.
And its better not to say anything about the Cap gemini management. In short they are like pimps & they will treat you as whores. They are least concerned about your issues or aspirations. But Once there is a slight escalation against the CG team they will panic in no time & rush breathlesslsy to your seat.
PS. this feedback is regarding Capgemini FS, Capgemini TS is adifferent entity & may or maynot be different. As I have no experience working in Capgemini TS I can’t comment about it
