Worked for this company for almost two and half years.
Worst company I’ve ever seen. They ask us work for 24/7 but they will never recognize our efforts. But we can learn a lot as they keep on putting pressure on employees. They never pay accordingly for the efforts.
Totally biased management.
Behaves with employee according to their personal grudges.
Unprofessional environment.
The only MNC I’ve seen giving their employees 0% hike in their hike letters.
Terrible interview process where HR managers never respond after taking the interviews.
Never provide work from home at any cost option even if its so required for the employees.
There is a lot of growth in company’s revenue but we cannot see the same growth in employee benefits.
Will never allow the employee to maintain work life balance.
So please do not accept any offer from this company. I wouldn’t like to recommend anyone to join.
