This is one horrible company. I joined in MS account for worked there for 4 years. The management is top class poor in MSSB. They treat DotNet guys like hell. Manager knows only mainframe and he thinks he is THE ONE. Screw you. No career growth. Poor facilities. Poor canteen. HR is worst. They never take people from inside company/bench. They always look resources from outside so that they can get their commission and pass few bucks to managers as well.
Processes and policies get changed to suit manager’s needs. Appraisal sucks. Me - 4 years - no promotion, finally left the company. And I feel MSSB is the worst account. Even I saw other companies working with MSSB, they were better than this. Work Culture - Save your a** and blame others. Credit always goes to your loved ones, award always goes to your spouses/girlfriends.
So, beware, its a company full of lies and is like government - false promises. OK, may be you could be happy if you are working in Mumbai or Banglore location. But Pune, Chennai, Hyd., because it was Kanbay earlier, became worst after CG acquisition. Cream to nikal gayi aur gadhe upar aa gaye manage karne ke liye.
