I am working in Capgemini.
The work atmosphere is friendly, you are allowed to use mobiles and do fun activities in the floor. There are no security cameras on the floors. You can only see cameras on every door steps and on the lift areas. But this doesn’t meant that they create a good and friendly atmosphere to employees.
There are many things which they lack actual: -
The increment is very very very less and also no promotion is given to proper employees.
There is no payment for extra hours worked.
They will not provide income for extra days worked but they will give Comp off which will be added to your leave balance but funny part is that they will not allow you to take leave then how wea gonna use the comp off applied and the balance leave. This year I had around 14 leaves balance in my account.
If you are a freshers then you are dead, they will make use of you till the last of drop of your blood.
The Cab service are outsourced and those are really bad and the drivers will shout and fight with us and capgemini will be in there side.
The above mentioned problems will change within process to process, but most of the process or engagement face the same above mentioned issue.
