Why it is that new joiners with experience are targeted for LAYOFFs ???? This is worse ...
Worst LAYOFFs happened in 2011 and also specifically for new joiners with experience ... and this is ridiculous.
It would be better if the company takes back the 2011 layd off employees especially new joinees with experience. Also if targeted for layoffs company should target old resources(2 yrs or more) only and ... not new joinees at all for any reason. This is just and right thing ...
No notice period if layd off and also not asking about the priorities of the employees with 5+ yrs experience... Change on this attitude plz.
Management, dont hit the stomach of your fellow joiners ... in the company as we too also have the right to excel.
