Worst work environment. Too much of politics and no accountability. Work culture is bad. There are so many instance where employee are not being rated as per his capability.
If you are onsite and spent something, you may not get your expense reimbursed even if it is verbally or written approved. You may have to talk to VP even for minor approval like 100-200 INR. Pathetic management.
