I have joined Capgemini company last Feb 2013. I was been allocated to project in Morgan Stanley. The day I was allocated, my bad time started.
In my 6 yrs experience, this is the worst account I had experienced. For first month, you will not get Morgan id and system, but still they will expect you to work for 9 hours and be productive by sitting on the machines of people who are on leave and use other credentials and passwords .Then client, lead will start putting work pressure on you.
Story does not end here. They will use slang and abusive language and its very normal. My lead used to tell me, "Do you have fake experience?" They will also comment you personally. For the first time you will be shocked with all such experience.
I asked for release in project which is impossible. Secure id is given so that they expect you to work from home also. If you ask for release, manager strictly says, " Release means resign here." I went through this mental torture for 11 months.
Lead will start shouting on the floor itself. There is no respect and no value for employee. I had also suffered from MIGRAINE due to such torture. Finally I am thankful to god, I got an offer outside and serving notice period now.
Friends, major of Morgan projects are very bad. Please take right decision before you enter into this account.
