If you want to attempt a suicide then try this stupid company. I worked for almost 2 years and it sucks. They will pay you the best in the industry ( 40% + ) it’s only for lateral, then they will keep you in bench for at least a year.Then one Friday evening you will get a call from the stupid HR , that your performance was very poor hence they are throwing you out. Bench Performance?
If you are going to join please check with them which project they are recruiting you for & is it in pipeline or confirmed from the day one. Really if you are married then double check, or else don’t join this blood suckers, they will ruin your life.
Still there are 300+ people are in bench, but to increase their brand value they do all non sense ( Recruitment ). It happens to me as well, I got an email that they is a opening with Capgemini. I was surprised to see that, how they are recruiting even there are 300 + testers are in bench. I reached out the Recruitment team with that email, they responded me that that position is closed now. How it will be closed in 2 days, superb response right,
It’s all bluffing the market. Fake recruitment drive and they will not recruit anyone, Even they recruit they really doesn’t have project , then obviously you will move to bench. The capgemini which is in Chennai is not pure capgemini like bangalore, they are Canby services, that’s the reason employees will have FS suffix in the employee id in chennai. Their strategy is hire and fire.
Generally you here from people that Bangalore capgemini is good, yesit’s true capgemini, these suckers still they maintain 2 entities ( Canbay )
