My review is based on before and after Capegemini acquired iGate technology. Most of the time I have spent with iGate airoli navi mumbai which has become capegemini but same ppl n management still there. I was associated with mfg bu. Organization has a big clientele and most of the business comes from onsite. Capegemini didn’t have much USA clients but after acquiring iGate it got major business. There are lots of projects, from infrastructure perspective its really good. But the there is a lot of politics, appraisals are not upto the mark and logical, salary benefits are not great. Resource management not good at all. Senior HR’s attitude is not at all professional at this location. God things which I like is the training programs and the onsite opportunities if u get one.
